The People’s Pharmacist Finalists 2024, in association with Panadol

Over 300 nominations were received from across Ireland for The People’s Pharmacist 2024, in association with Panadol. After a rigorous shortlisting process eight finalists have been selected, showcasing the leading stories of compassion and dedication which go above and beyond that of your typical community pharmacist.

The Irish Public now have the opportunity to VOTE for whom they think should be crowned The People’s Pharmacist 2024.  Now more than ever it has become clear to everyone that pharmacists are one of the most critical members of Ireland’s health service family, embedded in the heart of every community

The 2024 People’s Pharmacist Finalists are:

Martin Kelly, Kelly’s StayWell Pharmacy, Dundalk, Co. Louth

Deirdre O’Rourke, Adrian Dunne Pharmacy Kilbarrack, Dublin

Keith Brennan, Brennans Pharmacy, Ballyfermot, Dublin

Ultan McKeon, Quin’s Pharmacy Bray, Bray, Co. Wicklow

Paul Burns, Dargle Valley Pharmacy, Bray, Co. Wicklow

Brian Fitzgerald, Mari Mina Pharmacy, Toomevara, Co. Tipperary

Chanel Geoghegan, Hickey’s Pharmacy, Clones, Co. Monaghan

Laura Reynolds, LloydsPharmacy, Rathmines, Dublin

Voting is open from 17:00 on Monday the 21st of October to 23:59 on Monday the 4th of November.

How can I vote?

Website: You can vote on the Pharmacy Awards website for free here: https://irishpharmacyawards.ie/panadol/ – You select the pharmacist and enter your name/email.
